Author. (Date). Title of article in the journal. Title of journal, volume (number of issue): page reference. [name of database and reference number of abstract]

Notes	The title of the journal in which the full article has been published (The Lancet) is underlined. The name of the database and the reference number of the database is given in square brackets.
